April 5, 2019 – Intrepid Cleaning is pleased to announce that their loyal customer base will now get access to a Communication Portal. Clients can now register to their respected company portal on the Intrepid website through the client portal page.

Once registered, each office cleaning customer can then log-in to the portal for their company and communicate with Intrepid Cleaning. This Is a new service, which the company hopes will help with transparency for its customers throughout Perth.

This new facility means that any issues can be brought to Intrepid Cleaning’s attention before it escalates. Clients can also attach images to help further explain any issues.

The system is excellent as a virtual brainstorm where new ideas can come to the fore and improvements have already been made to the cleaning procedures on the back of some valuable ideas put forward in the communication portal!

Patrick Elliott, who was the brainchild behind the project and helped develop the new portal system, hoped it would further improve the company’s outstanding communication avenues with its clients and initial testing over the last few months have gone on to prove that hope correct.

There has always been an emphasis on customer service for its commercial cleaning clients in Perth and this just adds another layer to that.

Another aspect of the new portals is that cleaners working on projects can also communicate through the system. They can leave messages for the next cleaner that is due in after them and also leave messages for company owners or managers. In turn, the managers and owners of Intrepid Cleaning can see these posts in a live situation and act upon them in real time. The portal managers will be notified by email or even on their phone of any new comments in the portal, thus helping to create a rapid response to any issues or to even restock inventory at a clients business address that has been reported by a cleaner.

This is a great tool for the cleaning supervisors also. Supervisors can pass messages on in real time through the portal for digestion by Intrepid Cleaning, its clients and its cleaning staff.

The new communication portals have received great feedback from the commercial cleaning clients, being able to correspond from the comfort of their office and receiving a response in a very short time… And the best thing about this new system is there is no cost to the client to register!
