Having worked as an Office Manager of a Cosmetic Plastic Surgery Center and later as an Accountant for an Insurance Agent of AXA Casualty and Property Insurance, Roxana’s wealth of experience gained a massive boost as Comptroller of two manufacturing companies where she was able to apply her knowledge of costing, inventory and budgeting. In the year 2013 she founded Florida Accounting and Advisers with the mind of having a dedicated time to see the broader picture of client’s finances, which has been her passion.
Roxana is one versatile personality as well as a serial leader, who has been able to effectively balance her successful business career with her outstanding leadership and tireless efforts in raising awareness about issues in the community.
As a committed community builder, sitting at the board of several non-profit organizations and privileged to have chaired or presided over many other programs or bodies. Roxana is known for her deep commitment with local causes and non-profit organizations.

Scaffidi has been involved in several volunteering including that at the Boca Raton Children’s Museum, overturning the Museum from a bankrupt position to a well-run and established organization. Other sponsored projects include her involvement at YMCA of South Palm Beach County; Women’s Symposium of Office Depot Foundation; Hopping 4 a Cure for Multiple Sclerosis; Hephzibah House as well as supporting the First Golden Bell Foundation Event “Battle of the Bands” 2018.
